All prices displayed on the Griffix Racing website are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system issue, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at that incorrect price. Where payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund promptly.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Colours may appear differently on different screens.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from Griffix Racing. This email will include your order summary and payment instructions.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
By placing an order you confirm that all information provided (name, address, bike model/year) is accurate. Griffix Racing is not responsible for orders dispatched to an incorrect address or cut to the wrong bike specification due to errors in information provided by the customer.
Payment is required in full before any order is dispatched. We accept the following payment methods:
Payment instructions will be provided in your order confirmation email. Orders are held for 5 business days awaiting payment. If payment is not received within this window, the order may be cancelled and items returned to stock.
All designs, graphics, artwork, photographs, logos, and written content published on this website are the intellectual property of Griffix Racing and are protected by Australian and international copyright law.
Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any content from this site is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Griffix Racing. This includes but is not limited to copying design files, reproducing graphics kits, or republishing product photography.
