Griffix Racing was built by riders who were fed up with generic graphics that didn't survive the first river crossing. We design from the seat of the bike — understanding what it means to take a hit, drag through roots, and still need your machine looking fresh on Sunday.

Every kit is printed on Substance Inc. X1 UltraCurve print media and laminated with UltraCurve 1500 overlaminate. UV resistant. Chemical resistant. Scratch resistant. Built to last a full season in the gnarliest conditions on earth.

Step by Step

INSTALLATION GUIDE

01

CLEAN THE PLASTIC

Degrease all panels with isopropyl alcohol. Remove any old graphics, wax, or silicone spray. The surface must be completely bare and dry before application.

WARM THE GRAPHIC

Use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm the graphic to approximately 40°C. This activates the adhesive and makes the vinyl flexible for curved surfaces.

PEEL AND POSITION

Peel the backing paper slowly at 180°. Start from one corner and work outward. Use transfer tape to hold the graphic while you position it on the panel.

SQUEEGEE AND SET

Work from the centre outward with a squeegee or credit card to remove air bubbles. Apply heat again and press the edges firmly. Leave 24 hours before riding.
